Happy Mother's Day

After returning from my morning run today, I arrived home to two gifts sitting on the dining room table. One, obviously wrapped by Jenna, was a bunch of scrap paper wildly taped about. Inside the wrapping held her container of crayons.

Thank you.

The other, obviously wrapped by Russ, was decorated by Jenna.

You see the drawing here.

Asked for an explanation of what it was, Jenna said, "That's you" (with the stick-straight hair, big eyes and legs with circle-shaped feet. No arms this year.).

And the "D" shape next to me?

"Oh, that's an ant pile. Ants like you."

Thank you.

Happy Mother's Day.
