Way to Go, Jenna!

Today, Jenna did something no other kindergartner at Prattville Christian Academy has ever done -- received a ribbon for the school's Accelerated Reading Program. It is designed for 1st-grade and up. Jenna is almost mid-way through the 2nd grade level, and has completed 18 tests. She soon will receive a ribbon for completing 20 (and receiving 20 'points.'). We are beyond proud. This is a lot of hard work on her part.

Above, Jenna took test #18 today. Every time she checks out a book from the library, she has to take a 10-question, multiple choice, test. To date, she has received one 80 percent, two 90 percent grades, and the rest 100 percent.

Mr. Ron Mitchell, PCA president, presented Jenna with her ribbon today in class.
